Summer Street Fest Wow what a day!!!

Thanks to everyone who helped to make the Streetscapes Downtown Streetfest a huge success! Even the rain stayed away for most of the day. Thank you to all the sponsors, entertainers, vendors, and committee members.
The festival was held in Downtown Lloydminster on June 11, and is brought together by Streetscapes Co., to help the community realize the vibrancy and diversity of the downtown core.

FEBRUARY 9 - Community Information Session - The Lloydminster Drug Strategy has teamed up with the Lloydminster Community Youth Centre to bring Heather Charlton to Lloydminster. Heather brings her personal message about her life and the difficulties she has incurred due to substance use. Her message to youth and families is not to take away the fun of being a teenager; rather, she focuses on the decisions we make, and how a misguided choice around substance use can have significant consequences.
Heather will be at Thursday February 9th; 7:00 at the Lloydminster Legacy Centre. People should contact the Community Youth Centre at 306-825-3113 to register for the community session, as there is limited seating. More information
FEBRUARY 29 - MAR 28, 2012 is Business Education Month
Held annually in March and is a combined effort with many partner businesses and groups. This event is always very informative, entertaining and educational. Streetscapes Co. is a partner of this annual event.

YEAR ROUND - Downtown Parking Stalls Available
There are still a few parking stalls available for lease in the Streetscapes parking lot on the corner of 50th avenue and 47th street. Patrons will be billed annually by Streetscapes and must renew their lease yearly. Please note that stalls must be leased for a minimum six month period. Contact the Streetscapes office at 780-875-2520 for more information.
